In this workshop,  Chris Kelly will show you how to take things to the next level with SUPERSTARS, which add two distinct elements that take those STARs to an entirely different level and make you the chosen candidate.  SUPERSTARS provide the employer insights into how you will address current and future challenges based on your areas of expertise, so that you stand out from every other person they speak to.  They can even be shared with hiring managers in advance of the interview, giving you another leg up on the competition.

About Our Speaker

Christopher (Chris) Kelly (https://www.linkedin.com/in/christopkelly/) has been in sales for 29 years. During his own job searches, he saw that the traditional methods of applying for a job were no longer valid, especially when it comes to getting first interviews. The main culprit was that technology made it so easy for people to apply for jobs that companies were receiving thousands of resumes for some openings, with several look-alike resumes as a result of AI. In response, Chris became a Campaign Career Manager and designed his "Make Me the Chosen Candidate" program for job seekers.
