Mark Elbaum will discuss how fintech lenders in DE leverage the bank partnership model. He will talk about the advantages and disadvantages of the model, the regulatory challenges, and the societal benefits of fintech lenders serving those who are under-served by the banking system. 

Mark was the CFO of Marlette Funding, a Personal Loan provider through its Best Egg brand. Before Marlette, Mark worked at Bank of America as CFO of their Merrill Lynch wealth management unit and as CFO of their mortgage banking division.
