Overview
Beacon’s C‑Suite Advisory Council (CSAC) South Jersey is a confidential, in‑person peer forum designed for current and former C‑suite leaders and senior advisors who value thoughtful dialogue, real‑world perspective, and strategic insight.
 
CSAC sessions are intentionally structured to foster meaningful conversation among accomplished peers in a trusted, executive‑level setting. Contact Hala Shawaf Barson and Dr. Keisha Stephenson Taylor, Co-Chairs, for more information.

2026 South Jersey Session Format

CSAC South Jersey meets bi‑monthly on the second Thursday of the month. All sessions are held in person.


Arrival & Networking

Guests are welcome to arrive as early as 8:00 AM for coffee, light refreshments, and informal conversation.


Facilitated Roundtable

The structured, facilitated discussion runs from 8:30–10:00 AM and is designed to encourage candid peer exchange around timely leadership topics.


Optional Continued Conversation

Participants are welcome to remain after the formal session for additional conversation and connection, as schedules allow.
