Heather Fritzsche is Co-Founder and CEO of The Spearhead Group, Inc, where she oversees all the operational, financial, and marketing functions of the organization. The Spearhead Group is a global company revolutionizing the consumer packaging industry with their expertise in Physical Brand Enhancement™. Spearhead created this proprietary process to redefine how packaging and brand work together to deliver a more memorable buyer experience, such as the familiar purple Crown Royal bags they provide to Diageo for their blended Canadian Whiskey. Founded in 2018, the company has seen considerable growth in size and revenue each year.

Heather's career spans more than 20 years and has earned her numerous distinctions working with some of the world’s best-known fortune 100 companies and brands. In 2020, she was a selected for the prestigious Tory Burch Fellowship. Heather has not only helped to reimagine the physical aspects of countless products across multiple market sectors, she also has made it her commitment to be a pioneer for women-owned businesses and a leader in sustainability in packaging. Heather took an agile and strategic approach to leading Spearhead through the pandemic. She executed a major pivot that created a pathway to growth and expansion. Heather Fritzsche is co-founder and CEO of YouBodyCare, a completely customizable and sustainable shower care system. As a category creator, Heather is committed to saving the planet, one shower at a time, by using powder-filled soap packets that break down into energy, instead of plastic bottles that pollutes our environment. YouBodyCare is fun, innovative and always smells amazing. Heather is also co-founder and CEO of The Spearhead Group, a company dedicated to the design, development and procurement of Physical Brand Enhancements^TM. As a global manufacturing and product development leader, The Spearhead Group is a woman-owned business committed to the advancement of women and diversity in their industry. Heather is passionate about the environment, diversity and empowering women in business. Most recently, Heather was selected for the 2020 Tory Burch Foundation Fellows Program. Prior to founding YouBodyCare and The Spearhead Group, Heather spent more than 20 years in a variety of executive management roles for a premiums packaging company. Heather earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Bucknell University, and resides in Bucks County, PA with her husband and two children.
