Suzanne F. Kaplan, President of Talent Balance and GPSEG colleague, is a generational consultant, speaker, and writer who specializes in teaching audiences how to increase workforce performance through multigenerational integration.

Suzanne has deep experience in both the public and private sectors, having partnered with a wide range of organizations in pharmaceutical, financial services, healthcare, consumer products, academic and nonprofit sectors.  Prior to starting Talent Balance, she was Managing Principal of MultiCultural Solutions.  Previously she held a variety of corporate executive positions in employee relations, organization development, corporate business and strategic planning.
